Claude Baril appointed as syndic of the chambre de la sécurité financière

The Chambre de la sécurité financière (the CSF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Claude Baril to the position of Syndic. Ms. Baril's appointment is effective from January 8, 2024.

As a manager and lawyer, Ms. Baril brings a wealth of diverse experience in the financial, regulatory, and disciplinary law fields. Through her previous responsibilities, notably as the head of the Legal and Regulatory Affairs Department of the Regulation Division of Bourse de Montréal Inc. (TMX Group), she has demonstrated her unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest regulatory and ethical standards.
